So good. I added blueberries and raspberries. I tossed them in coconut flour so they didn't sink to the bottom. And I made this into muffins and made a simple glaze for the top with heavy cream and confectionery swerve. I'll make this again and again!

This was so good! I didn’t butter the pan well enough and when I was trying to get it out I made a mess so I won’t post a pic lol but tasted great! My kids loved it too 😊 will definitely be making this again

I made this and added extra blueberries. Was delish!! I made a cream cheese frosting with monkfruit, cream cheese, almond extract and cream and put a little over top of bread. Wonder if this bread could be used to make french toast...

Turned out great. I only used 1/4 cup erythritol, since I didn't want it to taste too sweet.

It is delicious, the only issue I have is that the blueberries sunk to the bottom.

What would happen if I skipped the coconut flour?
